3 How We Collect Data

• Communicate with us or other Users through the App (e.g., in-app chat).

• To Operate the Marketplace: To provide, maintain, and improve the functionality of the Earthnique App, including connecting Customers with Vendors.

• To Process Transactions: To facilitate order requests between Customers and Vendors. (Note: Payments for goods/services are handled outside the App).
• To Communicate with Users: To send important notices, updates, and respond to inquiries.
• To Improve the App: To analyze usage patterns, troubleshoot issues, and develop new features and services.
• For Security and Fraud Prevention: To protect the integrity and security of the App and its Users, and to prevent fraudulent activities.
• For Analytics and Performance Monitoring: To understand and analyze how the App is used and to monitor its performance.
• For Marketing (if applicable): To send promotional communications about Earthnique services, offers, and updates, where you have provided consent.
• Vendor Management: To manage Vendor accounts, process subscription fees, and verify business identities.
5 How We Share & Disclose Data
We may share and disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:

• With Service Providers: We engage third-party service providers to perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, customer support, and payment processing (Stripe for Vendor subscriptions and verification). These providers have access to personal information needed to perform their functions but are contractually obligated not to use it for other purposes.
• With Vendors (for order fulfillment): When a Customer submits an order request, relevant information (e.g., Customer name, contact details, order details, instructions) is shared with the Vendor to facilitate service delivery.
• With Legal Authorities: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court order or government agency).
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or other business transaction, your personal information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
